KA SOCIAL MEDIA website redesign on Squarespace

The challenge

When I started working with KA Social Media in August of 2019, she had a WordPress website that we were continually updating as her goals changed. When she decided to branch into offering a digital shop for her lower ticket services and digital downloads, we decided to switch her to a SquareSpace website for her e-commerce needs rather than bring on a Woo-commerce specialist for her current website.

The solution

As KA Social Media is one of my retainer clients, we decided to do a major update to the website in the winter of 2022. At this point, Kerra was adjusting her service offerings to come into alignment with a new content strategy I’d developed for her outside of our retainership—making this the perfect time to give her website some extra personality.

We updated her service offerings, adjusted her copywriting, and added some illustration assets to help her stand out.

"magical unicorn!"

Crystal’s quality of work, precision, and dedication are top-notch! The price is amazing for the huge skillset, and I just jumped in and will never jump out again. Crystal is a magic unicorn, and everyone needs her on their team!

Explore Like A Tourist

Working with Kerra since 2019, I have seen her commitment to connecting small businesses year after year. After things started opening back up after the pandemic in summer of 2020, Kerra started the ‘Explore Like A Tourist’ challenge around HRM. Fastforward to 2024 and we’re printing the second edition of her Explore Like A Tourist In Nova Scotia Planner.

I had the pleasure of taking her ideas and making them into a reality on both website and planner. You can find out more about this project here.
