I hired Crystal to help launch my new Garden store Urban Gardens Limited in Downtown Dartmouth and was impressed by her dedication to the successful launch of my business. We spent 3 months developing the content strategy for posting on social media, promotions and how to use our online platforms to bring in new business. She helped come up with in-store promotions, Facebook ads, boosted posts and even a pop-up shop to help promote business in the store around the holidays. She did everything from hand lettering the chalk signs to overseeing the opening event, it was nice to have so much support.
She has a way of thinking outside the ‘digital marketing’ box that made it so she was marketing our business online and off. It was a nice blend of traditional and online marketing in our plan and has been instrumental in our successful launch in Dartmouth.
When the store opened, she went from being our strategist to being our marketing manager, keeping all of our social platforms up-to-date and engaging with our customers online. She went as far as coming to the store to do staged photo shoots with all of our products, so the first couple months of images that we needed to show off our stock were produced without costing us even more. I get a lot of feedback about how ‘I saw you on facebook!’ and ‘I found out about you on instagram‘ from people coming in our store, and with Crystal scheduling and writing our first few months of content, I am glad we had her help.
